By paying attention to how breath, body signals and thoughts regulate your brain, you start to develop awareness of triggers that cause the sensation of ease or discomfort.
In the beginning, choose one entry point to explore in relation to daily challenges. We often start with breath because breath controls our nervous system, and we can control our breath.
Practice on and off "the mat," meaning formal practice in safe spaces, and in the real world.
