"Starting our strategic planning meeting with The Mind Body Project helped to bring everybody together and to free them from the stresses they brought into the meeting.  Erin set the tone for the day—a positive tone of taking care of ourselves while planning how we want to help students take care of themselves."

"We had a great experience working with The Mind Body Project to develop a mind-body health and fitness program for our Beijing office. TMBP team was very positive, proactive, flexible and creative in their approach to designing programs to meet our constraints. Colleagues felt relaxed and energized after their programs, which is important in my high-stress, time-sensitive industry." -Sophie Lu Head of China Research BLOOMBERG, Beijing

“We loved our “Finding your Resilience” workplace session. It centered around finding methods to deal with day to day stress, ways to remain present and to recognize your limits. Erin also taught us some yogic exercises to do in the office to re-vitalize our bodies throughout long work days. On top of that, we had a great time sharing with each other and taking a moment to discuss personal experiences and exploring our vulnerabilities. Afterwards, I felt extremely energized and connected with my colleagues.
