our story

As stressed thirty-somethings , we couldn't find the mind body balance we craved, so we developed mind body health programs that worked for us. From China to the USA, we attracted like-minded friends and The Mind Body Project was born.  Now, we use science-backed approaches to get to the root of stress before it becomes burnout. 

We are currently incubating the business at the University of Virginia i.lab and partnering with schools, companies and hospitals to bring mindfulness to communities.
